By George, Asda aiming to warm up Belfast Fashionweek

By Laura Abernethy

We might be more used to seeing Chanel or Prada on the catwalks, but Asda's George range is set light up the runway at Belfast Fashionweek tomorrow.

The range, which is available at Asda stores throughout Northern Ireland, features key trends at affordable prices.

This season, George has been inspired by trends including abstract Navajo prints with a strong 70s feel, Citron Frost with bright pops of colour for your winter wardrobe and Armour, with metallic embellishment for the upcoming party season.

Cathy Martin, organiser of West Coast Cooler Fashionweek, said: "With only a few days until Belfast Fashionweek, we're thrilled to welcome George back this season as we know our guests will be in for a real treat. We're back in Bruce Street this year - the perfect, stylish backdrop for our events."

Kim Walsh, Regional George Manager for Northern Ireland, said: "Our latest autumn/winter collection is packed with wardrobe staples that will provide the perfect winter wardrobe update this season.

"From luxurious faux fur and leather to abstract prints and splashes of colour - this winter collection will warm up any wardrobe."
