Fashion Spy Belfast - 'Dannii Minogue always looks stunning, but Kerry Katona is too chavvy'
Kerry McKittrick checks out the style at the Down Royal Festival of Racing
Sonya Martin (39), Haulage company director, Antrim
Wore what? Hat, £40, jacket and skirt, £450, all from Gasp in Newry; top, £30, Warehouse; bag, £30, Next; shoes, £75, Kurt Gieger.
Why? I love bright colours and I mix and match my styles and labels. I don't like girls wearing tracksuits or football shirts as they're not feminine.
Who? Dannii Minogue always looks stunning and isn't afraid to wear bright colours. Kerry Katona's style is a bit chavvy for me.

Sarah Ellis (25), Nursery assistant, Belfast
Wore what? Shrug, £25, New Look; dress, £60, Topshop; shoes, £30 and bag, £11, both from New Look; fascinator, £25, Debenhams.
Why? My style is girly and colourful and I love to get dressed up. I don't like chunky, unflattering shoes like Crocs. They don't do anyone any favours.
Who? I love Cheryl Cole's style -- she always gets it right. Someone like Jordan is too brash.
* Monthly spend £150
Jill Moore (45), Receptionist, Castlederg
Wore what? Hat, £80, Keith Kane; scarf, £4, shoes, £10, eBay; coat, £40, Dunnes; bag, £35, J by Jasper Conran; skirt, £20, Dorothy Perkins.
Why? I like to co-ordinate, and red and black in particular are my favourite colours. I don't think anyone should wear leggings -- they're horrible.
Who? Meryl Streep looked amazingly stylish in The Devil Wears Prada. I don't like Paloma Faith's look, though, as it's just too random for me.
* Monthly spend £100
Kathy McMullan (27), Project co-ordinator, Ballynahinch
Wore what? Fascinator, £25, Just For You; dress, £60, Paper Doll in Dungannon; shawl, £35, Debenhams; shoes, £20 and bag, £10, New Look.
Why? My style isn't particularly girly but I do like to co-ordinate colours. I can't stand anything made out of Lyrca, though, as it always looks cheap.
Who? I've always loved Kimberley Walsh's style as she has a classic look that really works for her. Rihanna's style doesn't do it for me, as she wears clothes that are too revealing.
* Monthly spend £200
Vanessa Stynes (32), Accountant, Drogheda
Wore what? Fascinator, £50, Debenhams; coat, £25, bag, £3, both from Primark; dress, £250, Karen Millen; shoes, £130, Kurt Geiger.
Why? I mix and match the high and low ends of the high street all the time but I am a bargain hunter. Dungarees are so unflattering -- I wouldn't let anyone I know wear them.
Who? Victoria Beckham has the best accessories in the world, but I don't like how Kim Kardashian emphasises her wide hips as I have that problem.
