Natasha O'Neill (23) Retail assistant, Newtownabbey
Wore what? Shirt, £12, Primark; jacket, £20, River Island; bag, present, Yves Saint Laurent; jeans, £23, New Look; pumps, £10, Primark.
Why? I like deep, jewel colours and wear a lot of jackets. I would never wear anything too revealing — nothing too short or too low.
Who? Rihanna and Beyonce both have edgy styles and look good no matter what they wear. Miley Cyrus shows off too much.
Nichola Moloney (18) Student, Belfast
Wore what? Jacket, £20, Sheinside.com; T-shirt, £16, jeans, £35, Topshop; boots, £35, New Look; bag, £15, H&M.
Why? My style is quite co-ordinated and I like to wear heels all the time. I’m not too girly so I never wear pink.
Who? I like The Saturdays’ style as they are always up to date, but Taylor Swift dresses too old for her age.
Roisin Morgan (20) Student, Belfast
Wore what? Shirt, £15, New Look; trousers, £17, bag, present, TK Maxx; boots, £25, H&M; jacket, £60, Topshop.
Why? My style is casual and I like dark colours like emerald and burgundy. I never wear anything bright.
Who? I quite like Jessie J’s gothic style but anyone from TOWIE is too bright and flashy for me.
Samantha Mullen (21) Call centre worker, Belfast
Wore what? Jacket, £12, dress, £8, Primark; bag, £40, River Island; boots, £20, Gino.
Why? I always wear dresses and I’m a bit of a bargain hunter. I would never wear tracksuits or Ugg boots when I’m out and about, though.
Who? I love Taylor Swift’s preppy style but I think Cara Delevingne is too edgy and mixes it up too much.
Katharine Smith (35) Housewife, Templepatrick
Wore what? Jacket, £60, Zara; T-shirt, £15, Marks & Spencer; bag, £350, Anya Hindmarch; jeans, £50, Oasis; boots, £200, LK Bennett.
Why? I like to mix high street clothes with high-end pieces like bags and shoes. I don’t mind a bit of leopard print but I would never wear anything fluorescent.
Who? Victoria Beckham has a great classic style, but Nicki Minaj wears too much neon.
