Mairead Kelly (28), TV researcher, Maghera

Wore what? Jumper, £10, jacket, £30, both Primark; jeans, £38, Topshop; scarf, £20, River Island; boots, £30, H&M; bag, £50, Carvela.

Why? My look is very girly with a colourful mix of prints and warm colours, especially pink.

Who? Kate Hudson is definitely my style icon. I love her feminine, boho looks — they are so relaxed and easily achievable.

Sarah Quinn (38), project manager, Londonderry

Wore what? Dress, £40, Very; gilet, £30, Dorothy Perkins; leggings, £20, Savida; boots, £45, Lost Inc; bag, £60, M&S.

Why? I have a very classic, simple look. I like clothing that looks well-cut and nicely fitted. I definitely love a little touch of leopard print in my outfits.

Who? Holly Willoughby’s style is well presented and achievable. She always has such pretty statement pieces in her looks.

Alice Mclean (21), student, Armagh

Wore what? Jumper, £45, Warehouse; coat, £20, Zara; jeans, £40, Topshop; boots, £30, Partois.

Why? My style is very relaxed and simple. I don’t like over-the-top patterns and bold colours.

Who?  Lucy Mecklenburg is so classy. She keeps her looks so simple but stunning — I take style tips from her.

Helena Mclean (50), nurse, Armagh

Wore what? Blouse, £15, Mexx; trousers, £45, French Connection; coat, £20, boots, £40, both Zara; bag, gift from Moroccan markets.

Why? I would say my look is quite classic. I prefer more neutral or grey tones.

Who? There’s no one with more class than Kate Middleton — she always looks astonishing.

Nuala Scullion (47), costume designer/stylist, Belfast

Wore what? Poncho, £50, boutique in Portadown; jacket, £350, Karen Millen; jeans, £38, Topshop; boots, £300, Michael Kors; bag, £450, Dolce & Gabbana.

Why? I would describe my style as eclectic — I love combining different ideas and styles. I do put effort into my outfits and I complete each look with nice heels and handbags.

Who? I love Gwen Stefani’s edgy style — she doesn’t limit herself by dressing simply to suit her age. Her look is fun.

Judith Keyes (20), dance teacher, Belfast

Wore what? Top, £15, jeans, £42, both River Island; jacket, £75, Zara; boots, £125, M&S; bag, £40, Accessorize.

Why? My style is very minimalistic with  block colours. I believe less is more when it comes to crazy patterns and colours.

Who? I love how understated Victoria Beckham’s style is. I like her more monochrome looks.

Martina Gibson (47), manager, Londonderry

Wore what? Dress, £70, House of Fraser; jacket, £48, New Look; boots, £70, Dune; bag, £47, River Island.

Why? I would describe my style as smart and classy. My look is very feminine, but with darker tones rather than soft, light colours.

Who? Dannii Minogue is my ultimate style icon. She keeps her look young and chic.
