Katie Holmes wows in white at 2017 Fragrance Foundation Awards

Actress Katie Holmes was joined by the likes of Karlie Kloss, Elsa Hosk and Dascha Polanco at the perfume celebration.

Katie Holmes pulled out all the stops at the 2017 The Fragrance Foundation Awards.

The actress attended the star-studded gala on Wednesday night (14Jun17) at the Lincoln Center in New York, where she wore a white gown from her longtime friend Zac Posen's resort 2018 collection.

Katie's dress featured cap sleeves, a flowing train, and silver crystal embroidery on the bodice, and the brunette beauty amped up the glamour via the addition of Lorraine Schwartz jewellery.

"Thank you@FragranceFDTN #TFFAwards for a wonderful night," the former Dawson's Creek star captioned a snap of herself at the event, which she posted on Instagram. "Such an honour to attend and present!"

At the bash, designer Tom Ford won several awards in the luxury categories, with his Soleil Blanc taking the prize for Fragrance of the Year in the women's division, while Vert D'Encens won Fragrance of the Year for the Men's Luxury category.

When it comes to her own preferences in scent, Katie shared that her go-to perfume is Jo Malone Orange Blossom, though she is interested in creating her own in the future.

"I would be very open to that," she told "I love fragrance, I love the design of them, everything that goes into it, going to Paris, smelling, creating that scent, picking the right you know different florals and I've done some mixing and I really enjoy it."

The 38-year-old wasn't the only celebrity to step out at the event, with model Karlie Kloss turning heads in a pink floral gown with collar and rope belt from Carolina Herrera, while Elsa Hosk looked stunning in a black Romona Keveza minidress with an asymmetric neckline.

Country star Trisha Yearwood sported a summery coral-hued dress to the event, and Orange Is the New Black's Dascha Polanco rocked the red carpet in pretty white floral Marni dress.
