Gunnar Peterson has praised Kim Kardashian for “crushing it” when she works out.
The personal trainer regularly works with both professional athletes and celebrities alike, and admits reality star Kim’s passion for exercise never ceases to amaze him.
He has warned fans of the stunning celebrity that they will need to work particularly hard if they want to recreate her toned-yet-curvy body.
“When Kim’s working out, she crushes it! She’s very dedicated, which is what it takes to get the body she has,” he is quoted as saying in more! magazine.
“You can’t look like that by just walking for 20 minutes a few times a week.
“It’s all about intensity. I tell my clients, ‘Work hard and work fast. Hit it and quit it!’”
Kim’s mom is gorgeous television personality and businesswoman Kris Jenner, 55. Gunnar concedes that Kim is fortunate to have inherited her mother’s body, although is quick to point out hard work is required too.
“Genetics does have something to do with it too. Kim’s lucky – she’s part heritage, part hard work,” he explained.
“She doesn’t really drink alcohol either. She doesn’t have time for it, or have the need for it. It’s wasted calories.”
