Nina Dobrev has no plans to switch hair colour
Nina Dobrev is considering re-wearing the gown she wore as a bridesmaid to Julianne Hough's wedding.
Nina Dobrev has no desire to switch-up her signature brunette tresses.
The actress has risen to fame since landing the role of Elena Gilbert on The Vampire Diaries but is also known for her chic personal style and bold fashion choices.
While Nina enjoys experimenting with her red carpet looks and recently lobbed off her long locks in a chic bob, she admits a major dye job isn't likely.
"I keep cutting it. I’m sort of obsessed with it but eventually I’m sure I’ll get bored of this too. It’s so fun and it’s so fresh. Change is just very very welcome in my world always,” she told Yahoo! Style of her latest crop. “I’ll definitely try some new things but blonde seems like a stretch for me personally."
The 28-year-old recently landed the September cover of Harper by Harper's Bazaar and chose to style her hair in loose waves for the launch celebration. And Nina shared that she keeps her tresses glossy by avoiding overwashing.
“I don’t wash it a lot — twice a week maybe. I let my natural oils just sort of do their thing. And I don’t style it a lot so that it doesn’t dry out too much unless I have an event, I just let it air dry and be crazy and beachy and natural," the actress shared.
Among the people to attend Nina's big night was her longtime pal Julianne Hough, who stepped out with her new husband Brooks Laich. Nina certainly appreciated the support and even shared that she is considering re-wearing the gown she wore as a bridesmaid at the couple's July wedding.
“It was such a beautiful Marchesa gown that I could see myself wearing it at some point again. Maybe not to another wedding but if there is some sort of upscale event," she says.
