Northern Ireland supermodel Stella Maxwell takes centre stage in new Victoria's Secret campaign

By Caitlin McBride

Stella Maxwell is fast becoming one of the most high profile models on Victoria's Secret's roster.

The 25-year-old, whose parents hail from Belfast, was named an Angel for the lingerie giant last year and in the last 12 months, she has taken a more prominent role with the brand.

Maxwell, who previously dated Miley Cyrus, smoulders in the latest campaign showcasing the new Easy range in a series of shots alongside Elsa Hosk and Taylor Hill.

At the launch of the new bra, the supermodel, who was named Maxim's Sexiest Woman Alive, said that even Angels have off days. She credits eating well, drinking tons of later and getting a good night's sleep behind her healthy look - as well as having a professional team or hair stylists and makeup artists on call for every public event she attends.

Growing up between Belgium and Belfast, she never dreamed of becoming a supermodel who would work for Fendi, Armani, Moschino and more, but believes in the power of positive thinking.

“I believe that thinking positively and envisioning the best possible outcome can add to your achievements. It doesn't always work out, but if I visualise myself getting what I want, it can happen. Positivity helps with everything in life," she told Maxim.

“You hope for these things and you are grateful to be given the opportunity, and then you just have to throw yourself into the work.”

She was previously linked to Kristen Stewart in May and was recently spotted with a mystery blonde last month, but said she prefers to keep her romantic life under wraps.
