A young marine biologist from Northern Ireland will shortly embark on the next stage of her journey to restore coral reefs after accepting a position in the Maldives.

Rosalie Bailie (23), from Belfast, will be employed as a marine educator on an island named Dhuni Kolhu, where she’ll work with tourists to educate them on the ocean and continue her passion for working in coral restoration.
