Q. Can you tell me something about yourself?

A. I’m 39 and a native of Carrickfergus. I attended Downshire High School (now Carrickfergus Academy) and Belfast High School, then went to Queen’s University, where I met my wife, Allison. We now live in Broughshane, where I am the rector of St Patrick’s, with our two children, Henry (3) and Charlotte (1), our cat Charlie and dog Dudley. I hold a PhD in systematic theology and recently I signed a book deal with the publisher Wipf and Stock for their new series in Analytical Theology: Analysing Theology. They are a leading theology and philosophy publisher.
