The best £6.50 I've spent: Michelin Guide praise for Northern Ireland restaurant's dessert

A Northern Ireland restaurant has earned high praise from the prestigious Michelin Guide.

Tweeting about Co Down restaurant Noble's glazed chocolate delice, the guide's official Twitter account said: "The best £6.50 I’ve spent this year."

The restaurant, in Holywood, opened in 2016 and has gone on to become one of the must visit locations on the Northern Ireland food scene.

It is the creation of chef Pearson Morris and manager Saul McConnell who previously worked under the direction of Belfast top chef Michael Deane.
