Do you take regular exercise - and if so, what?

I only do light workouts as I have fibromyalgia, so I cannot exercise much. I do yoga and some light cardio at a gym, but I do a lot of walking with my Labrador, Mollie, around the lakes here in Co Fermanagh, as they are so beautiful... when the weather's nice.

What's the worst illness you've had?

Fibromyalgia, which is an ongoing chronic condition which affects me everyday. I was diagnosed just a few months ago, but I have suffered from it a lot longer. It is head to toe pain, but it's unpredictable, which is the big issue with fibromyalgia. One day the pain will be in an arm, the next my back or somewhere else, making it almost impossible to plan your week.

How healthy is your diet?

Because I can't be as physically active as I'd want, I tend to stick to a low carb diet and don't eat takeaways or ready meals. I also keep sugar to a minimum and don't add salt to my food. Breakfast is fruit and yoghurt, with salad for lunch. I snack on fruit and will make a bake with at least two vegetables in it for dinner. I make a lot of stir fries as well. Of course, I love chocolate too; I'm obsessed with it and will have a little bit every day after dinner.

Any bad habits?

I love my food, burgers, chips and chocolate. I had a piece of chocolate after dinner last night and ended up eating the whole bar. It's all about balance and I have to be careful as I'm getting married in November, so I can't put on weight or lose it. I'm a size 14 and also do plus size modelling. I never deprive myself of any food; if I'm craving something I will have a small piece of it because I need it to stop the craving. And life's too short to worry too much about these things.

Do you drink and/or smoke - if so, how much?

I don't smoke and rarely drink. I certainly drank more when I was younger, but the closer I get to 30 the more it affects my weight. I don't drink at home and if I'm on a night out I would have a West Coast Cooler or a glass of Prosecco. My fiance Stuart has epilepsy so he doesn't drink either, so he's a good influence on me.

Do you take health supplements?

Iron, vitamin B and skin, hair and nail vitamins - I'm always trying to grow my hair.

How do you take time out?

Spending time with my family and Mollie - my dog is my best friend. I also enjoy going out for dinner and heading up to Belfast for the day to shop. But you can't beat chilling out with friends and family.

How well do you sleep?

I have suffered from insomnia for 10 years - this goes hand-in-hand with fibromyalgia. To help me sleep, I have to turn all the lights off an hour before I go to bed to calm me down and drink green tea - when I do those things I will get seven hours' sleep, otherwise I would be up all night.

Do you worry about getting old?

While I don't worry a lot about it, I have noticed little indents in my skin recently. My skincare regime is to cleanse, tone and moisturise, so I think I will have to start using anti-ageing products.

What is your go-to product or habit that keeps you feeling healthy?

I use coconut oil to cook food in as well as a hair mask and to remove make-up. Vita Coco is a very natural product which is low salt, so just making that one change helps.
