Apparently the way to a house-hunter’s heart is through their stomach, according to new research. Homes near top notch eateries can be worth as much as 20% more, says a report. So, those Northern Ireland householders lucky enough to live near one of Michael Deane’s or Paul Rankin’s restaurants could be quids in.
