Get the look: How Belleek living can brighten up your home

The beautiful Parian china from the village of Belleek has a timeless quality with its exquisite ranges.

Whether your home is a trendy city apartment or a palatial period pile in the country, Belleek with its evolving collections of perfect pottery will have something suitably stylish to fit.

Belleek Living was launched in 2003 as a modern range which includes casual and formal tableware, glassware, cutlery and a wide range of giftware products from vases through to frames and votives. Meanwhile, lighting has proven a highly popular recent addition to the homeware range and the new autumn 2011 season sees the introduction of a number of stylish new lamps.

As with all things Belleek Living, the signature ivory hue of its china base remains very much in evidence in the new season’s |collection. With its ceramic cylindrical shade and pierced design, Storm, £40, creates a stylish candle light-effect when illuminated, perfect for a side table or with two lamps positioned either side of a fireplace.

The wave patterning on Silver Ripple (£80), highlighted in silver gilt starts at the base of the lamp and follows through subtly onto the shade is eye-catching.

And at 61cm high, this lamp will create impact in a living room or hallway.

Colour is introduced through the range of shade options available in the Khara Lamp, £45. Choose from the Light Blue, Red, Mocha or Olive shades which feature an abstract floral pattern and has a subtle oriental look.

For a stronger colour statement Venetian (£65), takes its inspiration from the fluid shapes of Italian glassware with a sage green and distinctive floral shade.

Belleek Living is available from leading giftware retailers and on
