These new ultra trendy apartments sold out quickly in phase one and the good news is that another eight have just been released with the launch of the second phase.

Lanyon Homes has combined location and design to offer stylish homes with an innovative and striking architecture close to vibrant South Belfast.

Designed by renowned local Architects Coogan & Co each home has its own free floating glass balcony.

Arranged over five storeys, the apartments - which offer a choice of one or two bedrooms - are accessed through stunning entrance lobbies that have been exclusively designed by consulting interior design firm PLY.

Another attractive feature is a fully landscaped communal rooftop garden.

Inside the homes have a turnkey specification that reflects the buildings' contemporary architecture.
