Architectural design and high end finishes are the hallmarks of this ultra modern home in Co Down.

From the carefully considered planting of feature box hedging along the attractive front of the house to the large first floor glazed balcony, the attention to detail is exceptional.

The architect has also turned traditional family living on its head by placing the main reception rooms on the first floor taking full advantage of the panoramic rural views.

Clokey House really does offer something special and will impress the most discerning house hunter.

Built in 2010 it also occupies a private site offering seclusion in an idyllic rural location.
