House sales in Northern Ireland are on the up again, according to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors latest report.
The survey, in association with Ulster Bank, says house sales have risen to their highest level in 18 months.
And the surveyors are predicting the sales hike will continue for three months. However, there is some caution regarding the economic outlook. House prices were less positive, with most surveyors claiming the downward trend will continue.
