Pam's People: Galgorm sister restaurant gives a taste of fabulous Fratelli

The Fratelli restaurant has been a great success in Galgorm Resort and Spa and now diners in Belfast have the opportunity to experience the fabulous Mediterranean food for themselves.

Fratelli is Italian for brothers and proprietor brothers Paul and Nick Hill invited guests to the official opening of their new venture in Great Victoria Street which has seen a £500,000 rejuvenation of the site and the creation of 35 new jobs,

Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson is a lady who is a force of nature and has been an inspiration to many since she first came to our notice by winning no fewer than 11 Paralympic Gold Medals and two World Championships.

She is also a really funny lady and she enthralled the audience at the latest Action Medical Research annual lunch with tales from the Olympic Villages and House of Lords.

I love cocktails but they can be a bit of a faff to make.

Not any more thanks to Paddy from Love and Death as he was our mixologist in Obel Building's penthouse apartment.

Our hosts Smirnoff had invited us along to find out how to take the hassle out of cocktail making and I am hooked.

Bloody Mary in a mug anyone?
