Recipe: Flahavan's porridge with berry marmalade

What you'll need
80g Flahavan’s Irish Porridge Oats/Flahavan’s Irish Organic Porridge Oats
150g diced strawberries
1 lime, zested and juiced
80g whole strawberries
Place the oats with the milk and water into a saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring frequently and then reduce the heat to medium and simmer for five minutes.
To make the berry marmalade — which can be made well ahead of time and kept in the fridge like any other preserve — combine the ingredients in a pot and slowly cook until softened.
Remove from the heat and add the 150g raspberries, 150g blueberries and 80g of whole strawberries and stir well.
Place in a sterilised airtight container (a jar that has been through the hot cycle in the dishwasher is ideal) and store in the fridge.
Serve your bubbling hot porridge with a generous spoonful of berry marmalade.
