Recipe: Melting moments with honeycomb

What you'll need
For the biscuits
150g self-raising flour
50g icing sugar
1 large tsp lemon zest
For the filling
110g icing sugar
1 level dessert spoon condensed milk
2 Crunchie bars, finely chopped
Preheat oven 160°C/gas 3/325°F.
Mix all the ingredients for the melting moments in a food processor until it comes together in a dough.
Roll into small marble-sized balls and place on a non-stick tray or lined tray, well apart from each other as they spread.
Use a wet fork to slightly flatten the balls.
Bake for 10-12 minutes in batches and then allow to cool. The biscuits should remain a pale colour.
Mix the filling ingredients together and sandwich the biscuit halves together. Dust with icing sugar.
