Recipe: Rory Best's favourite porridge
As we all try to shift those festive pounds, here’s some healthy White’s porridge recipes that will have you feeling fab in the New Year.
What you'll need
This is the Irish rugby star and White’s Ambassador’s preferred method, White’s Speedicook Oats with milk and honey
40g White’s Speedicook Oats
225ml cold water
1 tsp salt
1 cup of milk
2 tbsp honey
Put all the ingredients, except the milk and honey, in a covered, heavy-based saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add a generous serving of milk and top with honey.
