Recipe: Warm salad of bacon, mushrooms and black pudding

What you'll need
6 rashers of bacon, sliced
600g mushrooms halved
36 slices of black pudding
2 tbsp oil for frying
Bag of mixed leaves
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Warm up some oil in a frying pan and fry off the bacon, black pudding and mushrooms.
Remove from the pan and keep warm, then deglaze the pan with 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.
Let it bubble up, dress the leaves with a little of the vinaigrette and divide them between six salad plates/bowls.
Arrange the other ingredients on top of the leaves in an attractive manner and pour any juices over the top.
