Help I'm so disorganised

Fiona Caine is here to help if you have a relationship, sexual, marriage or family problem.

Now both my children are at school, I've gone back to work and I'm really enjoying it.

I wouldn't want to stop for anything, but things are suffering on the domestic front.

I just can't seem to organise myself to get things done and my husband had to go to work in a dirty shirt today!

Do you have any suggestions as to how I can be more organised? KW

There are lots of books on time management that might be helpful, but it sounds like you're taking it all on yourself.

If you and your husband are both working, then he needs to do his share of the chores now too.

A dirty shirt won't hurt him — but why can't he take charge of the washing, for example?

Write down all the chores that need to be done and share them out — then allocate a day each week to doing them.
