My sleep is ruined by husband's snoring

My husband’s snoring is driving me crazy. I used to escape to the spare room, but my mum has come to live with us and now there’s nowhere for me to hide.

I’ve tried all the usual remedies but nothing seems to work. Short of divorce, how do I get a good night’s sleep? MF

Snoring isn't funny and for those plagued by sleepless nights it's a serious problem.

Increasingly, the conditions that cause snoring can be treated, so talk to your doctor.

Your husband may be referred to a sleep clinic to check for sleep apnoea because this is a dangerous condition when breathing stops temporarily.

The British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association can really help you too.
