A Co Down farmer has been fined £25,000 after he admitted failing to ensure the health and safety of an employee who was tragically killed on his farm.

The penalty was imposed on 51-year-old William James Doyle at Newry Crown Court, as relatives of Toirdealbhach Larkin watched the proceedings by videolink, including his father Sinn Fein councillor Mickey Larkin.
