Gloomy adults to miss World Cup
More than a third of English adults will not watch any of England's games in the soccer World Cup, according to a new study.
A survey of 6,000 adults in 12 countries by finance firm ING Direct showed virtually everyone in Brazil will follow their team's progress.
More than nine out of 10 Argentineans and Portuguese, and four in five Spaniards plan to watch their team play.
Most Brazilians questioned believed their team will win the cup, while fewer than a third of England fans thought they would be celebrating victory at the end of the tournament.
