You need your head examined before boob job
People who want cosmetic surgery to improve their appearance should have their heads examined first, according to a new report.
Patients who decide to opt for procedures like boob jobs are to undergo rigorous mental health checks under new recommendations in the wake of body image crisis sweeping Britain.
The report, by MPs and the charity Central YMCA, says people put their appearances before their health and that people who opt for procedures may be suffering from a psychogical illness and may have one operation only to have other unnecessary procedures.
The official report says both men and women can suffer from Body Dysmorphic Disorder and further called for a ban on advertisements and special offers by clinics.
