Hunt on to find owner of unclaimed £1m winning Northern Ireland lottery ticket

The National Lottery are currently looking for the winner of a £1m lottery ticket from Northern Ireland after the prize went unclaimed for two and a half weeks.

The BBC have reported that the prize was won through the EuroMillions Millionaire Maker.

It is understood that the winning lottery ticket was bought in Co Antrim on Friday April 27.

The winner matched the Millionaire Maker code of XJFK 54026.

They have until October 24 to come forward and claim their prize or they will miss out on their prize.

If the winner does not claim their prize then the money will be distributed to National Lottery funded projects.
