A 45-year-old man has been returned for trial accused of child sex offences against a boy in Belfast.
Colin Francis Shaw faces two counts of committing an act of gross indecency with or towards a child.
The alleged offences were carried out between December 2005 and March 2006.
Shaw, whose address was given as HMP Maghaberry, appeared before Belfast Magistrates Court for a preliminary inquiry into the case.
A Public Prosecution Service representative sought to have him stand trial on the basis of a case to answer.
The application was granted, with Shaw returned to the Crown Court on a date to be fixed.
