By Nevin Farrell

A man has pleaded not guilty to a charge of indecent behaviour in a Co Antrim forest.

Marshall Donaldson, of Lower Rashee Road, Doagh, appeared at Antrim Magistrates Court yesterday in relation to the alleged offence at Tardree Forest, near Antrim town, on May 5 this year.

The 58-year-old appeared before District Judge Oonagh Mullan.

The defendant's defence barrister entered a not guilty plea on his behalf.

Judge Mullan adjourned the case until September to fix a date for contest and the defendant has been excused from attending on the next occasion.
