Audio: Jamie Dornan responds to Q Radio Eminem Stan rap to raise vital funds for TinyLife Charity

By Claire Williamson

It's no secret Jamie Dornan has superfans all around the world - but one Belfast radio presenter penned him a rap in a bid to get the actor's attention - and it worked.

Q Radio breakfast host Stephen Clements wrote a version of Eminem's rap Stan - which is about the gradual unravelling of a fan desperately trying to get in touch with their idol but feeling ignored.

Clements enlisted the help of outgoing First Minister Arlene Foster, Eamonn Holmes, Stephen Nolan and Chipmunk to get the Fifty Shades star's attention.

He says in the song: "When you're finished filming The Fall series 3 and you're thinking about what it could be like with me and your Fifty Shades and your red room of pain

"When all this stuff ends, just think Jamie we could have been friends."

And after a week of speculation as to whether the Holywood star would respond - Jamie replied.

He begins: "Dear Stephen, I'm sorry it took me so long to respond - I've been running around the world trying to convince people I'm James Bond.

"It would be good to meet up have a pint and see what you're all about - I just googled you there and it seems radio was a good shout."

Is Jamie giving his fans a clue about his next role?

Both Clements and Dornan are ambassadors for charity TinyLife - Northern Ireland's premature and vulnerable baby chairty.

The plea to get Dornan to reply was in a bid to raise vital funds for the charity.
