A body was recovered from the sea in Carnlough on Wednesday night.

The body was found in the water in the Bay Road area. A post mortem examination will be carried out to determine the cause of death.

A PSNI spokesperson said enquiries into the death are continuing.

"There are no further details at this time," the spokesperson said.
