
A 19-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences relating to a serious of security alerts in Carrickfergus over several months.
He has been charged with five counts of arson with intent to endanger life, three counts of placing an article causing a bomb hoax and one count of communicating false information causing a bomb hoax.
He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates' Court on Monday.
The charges relate to a series of security alerts which hit the same same Carrickfergus suburb between September 2013 and March this year.
The Broadlands Gardens area was targeted in a series of bomb hoaxes of the course of several months.
