Boy, 14, arrested in Coleraine 'in connection with serious crime'

A 14-year-old boy has been arrested "in connection with serious crime" in Co Londonderry.

Detectives from the Police Service of Northern Ireland's reactive and organised crime branch detained the teenager on Thursday at Riverside retail park in Coleraine.

He has been taken to the town's police station for questioning .

Police said no further details are being released at this time .
