Cars damaged in Belfast petrol bomb attack

Three cars have been damaged in a petrol bomb attack in west Belfast.

The incident happened in the Norglen Drive area in the early hours of Monday, February 6.

At approximately 3.30am police received a report that three cars were on fire in the area.

The damage was caused by petrol bombs, police said.

Sergeant Hegarty said: "I would ask anyone who knows anything about this incident to contact police at Woodbourne Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 107 of 06/02/17.

"Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111."
