Cars destroyed in north Belfast arson attack

Two cars have been burnt out in an arson attack in the Limestone Road area of north Belfast in the early hours of this morning.

Shortly before 3.20am, it was reported that a black Renault Scenic and a black Peugeot 107 were set alight in the area.

Both cars were completely burnt out, at this stage police believe the fire was started deliberately but enquiries are continuing.

Police would ask anyone who may have witnessed these incidents or who has any information to contact them at York Road Police Station on the non emergency number 101.
