Chance to speed with the racing greats for BBC Sport Relief

How do you fancy taking on the might of the world's racing fraternity?

Well here's your chance.

Ten teams, set to include some very well known racing names, are to battle it out in a go-karting endurance race at the Eddie Irvine Sports Centre in Bangor to help raise cash for Sport Relief next week.

And the organisers are looking for members of the public to help make up one of the teams which will be racing under the watchful eye of the Formula One legend on Friday March 23.

The event is being billed as a Le Mans-style endurance race and parts of the BBC's Sport Relief coverage will be broadcast from the Co Down track.

Spectators are also offered an evening of food and racing entertainment for their ticket price.

Money raised will go to Sport Relief which aims to transform the lives of poor and vulnerable people in the UK and across the world's poorest countries.

Spectator tickets are on sale now and cost £12.50 per person or £35 for a family of four.
