Council’s arts fund opens

Applications are now being invited for Belfast City Council’s Culture and Arts Annual Funding grants programme.

The grants of between £3,000 and £30,000 are open to professionally managed arts and heritage organisations in the Belfast City Council area.

Councillor Conor Maskey, Chairman of the council’s Development Committee, said: “We want to create a vibrant, cultural capital where arts and culture are placed firmly at the centre of regeneration in a way which inspires, empowers and elevates those who live, work in and visit the city.”

Application forms and guidance notes can be downloaded from www.belfastcity.gov.uk/funding by Friday, November 19.
