Date set for loyalist Mark Harbinson's gun possession case judgment
Judgment has been reserved in the case of a loyalist accused of possessing a gun, silencer and ammunition.
Judge Gordon Kerr QC said that after listening to both the Crown case against Mark Harbinson and the defence, he would give his ruling at the start of July.
During the trial, a prosecuting barrister said it was the Crown's case that Harbinson was guilty of three charges arising from the December 2015 search of his then home at Sheepwalk Road in Lisburn, when a Makarov-type pistol was found in a biscuit box.
Harbinson's fingerprints were found on the biscuit box, but he denied knowledge of its contents.
He was released on continuing bail.
