Emergency services called to multi-vehicle crash in Belfast

Emergency services were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash in Belfast on Tuesday.

The crash happened just before 2pm on the M2 city-bound at Nelson Street.

Four vehicles were involved and the road has been partially closed, with traffic being diverted on to the M3.

A Northern Ireland Ambulance Service spokesperson said they dispatched one emergency crew, two rapid response paramedics and one officer to the scene.

"Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, no one was transferred to hospital," they added.
