Family in appeal for missing Dunmurry taxi driver David Dickson

By Staff Reporter

The family of a missing taxi driver who has experienced some medical issues recently have issued a desperate appeal to the public for information on his whereabouts.

His colleagues in the taxi business have also been asked to keep an eye out for the 57-year-old Dunmurry man.

David Dickson's wife Louisa is deeply concerned he has not been in contact with his family since Monday evening. "This is not like David, though he has been unwell recently," she said.

"Our three children and I are really worried about him. We would just like him to tell us where he is so we know that he is safe and taking care of himself".

Mr Dickson was last seen in the Seymour Hill area of Dunmurry around 8pm on Monday.

He is described as being 5ft 6ins tall and of a very slim build. He has short blond hair and has a distinctive tattoo of playing cards on his arm, as well as a Rolling Stones tattoo.

Anyone with information on Mr Dickson's whereabouts can contact Lisburn CID on the non-emergency number 101.
