Family's concerns for 'health and well-being' of missing man Stephen Martin

The 29-year-old singer songwriter performs under the name Rainy Boy Sleep

The family of a man missing for three weeks have voiced their concern for his "ongoing health and well-being".

Stephen 'Stevie' Martin was last seen in the Londonderry area three weeks ago.

He is described as being 6ft tall, slim build with brown shaved hair and facial stubble.

Police launched an appeal earlier this week to try and find the 29-year-old but said no-one has seen or heard from him. They added that they, along with his family are growing increasingly concerned.

A hashtag #findstevie has been launched to try and help locate him.

It is believed that Stephen has travelled to the Republic. His Audi car has been discovered parked at Fanad Lighthouse in Donegal.

The singer-songwriter, who performs under the name Rainy Boy Sleep, is a native of Lifford, Donegal.

Stephen played Glastonbury for three consecutive years, was nominated for Best Solo Act in the NI Music Awards in 2011 and toured with Cyndi Lauper and James Morrisson.

Police have asked the public to be mindful of him when they are out and about.

Police have appealed for anyone with information or who wishes to make contact with police/his family to do so by ringing 101 from any phone.
