The father of a baby murdered in Ardoyne has described his anguish and said he is “heartbroken”, as the local community held a vigil in memory of baby Liam O’Keefe.

A second child remains in hospital in what police confirmed as a “stable” condition, following the tragedy on Tuesday evening.
