Police have said a fire at a house in Lurgan was arson.

Fire erupted at the Connolly Place property at around 3am on Sunday. The property was extensively damaged.

"Thankfully nobody was in the house at the time," Detective Inspector Stephen Harvey said.

"Anyone with information about this incident should call the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 276 of 3/9/17, or if they wish to remain anonymous Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
