Five men stabbed in during street brawl in Donaghadee

Five men have suffered stab wounds following a street fight between two groups of men in Co Down.

It happened on Monday March 16 at Meeting House Street in Donaghadee.

It was reported to police at around 7.50pm that five men suffered non life-threatening stab wounds and other injuries as a result of an altercation in the street involving two groups of men.

Detective Constable Adrian Keon said, “Police enquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding this incident are ongoing and I would appeal to anyone who witnessed this incident or who has any information to contact CID at Newtownards on 101.

"Information can also be given anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
