Four in serious condition following two car crash in Co Tyrone

Four people are in a serious condition in hospital after a road crash in Co Tyrone.

The two car smash happened at the Drum Road between Cookstown and Omagh at around 9.40pm on Wednesday night.

Three men and one women were taken to hospital for treatment for their injuries which are described as serious.

The road remains closed to traffic this morning.

Omagh bound traffic is being diverted by the Pomeroy Road and Glenarny Road, back onto Drum Road.

Cookstown traffic is being diverted by the Upper Kildress Road, Tullagh Road and Orritor Road.
