Frosses Road collision: Police appeal for information after two people injured in crash

Police are appealing for information following a two-vehicle crash on the Frosses Road near Ballymoney.

The incident involving a black Citroen C4 Picasso and a white Suzuki Swift happened at around 6.35pm on Monday.

Two people have been taken to hospital for treatment to their injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.

Inspector Colin Reeves said: "I would ask anyone who witnessed this rtc, or either car in the run up to the collision, to contact Coleraine Police Station on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 1088 of 13/02/17."

The Frosses Road has now fully reopened to traffic.
