North Belfast features large in the Community Relations Council's week-long programme of events for this year's Community Relations Week, running from May 20-26.

Activities cover the spectrum from discussion to a huge fun day.

The theme for the week is 'Expressing Identity: Addressing Division'.

North Belfast events include Making a Change. It's not up to me or me or me! organised by Draw Down the Walls, a site-specific artwork created on the interface at the junction of Ardoyne, Woodvale and Twaddell.

There will also be a TASCIT-led session to reflect on Depression, Recession and a Working Class History 1913-1932-2013.

A session on Politics, Identity and Class will held at the Crumlin Road Gaol on May 22, and to finish the week there is a family fun day with barbecue, face painting, music, sports and bouncy castles organised by the Crumlin Ardoyne Neighbourhood Partnership and the Cliftonville Community Regeneration Forum at Girdwood barracks on Saturday May 25.
