Garvagh blaze: Cars on fire at Belraugh Road yard

The Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS) is dealing with a large number of cars on fire at a dismantlers yard in the Belraugh Road area of Garvagh.

The NIFRS said it received a call at 2:06pm on Tuesday.

Six fire appliances from Coleraine, Dungiven, Maghera, Ballymoney and Limavady Fire Stations are in attendance along with a water tanker from Pomeroy Fire Station and a Command Support Unit from Kilrea Fire Station.

The Fire Emergency Support Service vehicle has also been deployed to the scene.

The incident is ongoing.
