Emergency services were called to the scene after reports of a serious gas leak.
Belfast City Council has told the Belfast Telegraph that the site has now reopened.
A spokesman said: "All services will take place as planned today, Thursday 17 May 2018 (subject to small delays).
"We are contacting all Funeral Directors affected today and requesting them to proceed to Roselawn and to continue to stay in touch with the Business Administration Office at Roselawn on 9044 8288.
"The cemetery is also open for families to visit graves, however plots C and D are currently cordoned off following advice from the Fire Service.
